Eligibility Criteria

1. Under Secretary (Legislative Affairs)

• Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• 7 years of experience in legal matters in a government department or 4 years as a legal practitioner.
• Deputation-based appointment.

2. Assistant Public Prosecutor

• Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of practice as an advocate.
• Knowledge of Konkani (essential).
• Knowledge of Marathi (desirable).
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years.

3. Assistant Research Officer

• At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Indian History, Political Science, or Sociology.
• Minimum 1 year of research experience in the relevant field.
• Knowledge of Konkani (essential).
• Doctorate in the relevant field (desirable).
• Knowledge of Marathi (desirable).
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years.
