Document Verification for Assistant Training Officer (ATO) - OSSC

The document verification process is a critical step in the selection of candidates for the post of Assistant Training Officer (ATO) under the Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC). The objective of this process is to ensure that candidates meet the eligibility criteria set by OSSC as per the official notification. Key Points of the Document Verification Process:

1. Venue and Date:

   • The document verification will take place at the designated venue as informed by the OSSC through an official notice. Candidates must appear on the date and time mentioned in their admit card.

2. Mandatory Documents:

   • Candidates must bring the following original documents along with self-attested photocopies:
     1. Admit Card/Call Letter for Document Verification
     2. Proof of Educational Qualifications:
        • Certificate and mark sheets of all qualifying exams (ITI/Diploma/Degree) as per the educational qualification required for the post.
     3. Proof of Age:
        • Birth certificate or 10th standard certificate.
     4. Caste Certificate (if applicable):
        • SC/ST/OBC candidates must provide a valid caste certificate issued by a competent authority.
     5. Disability Certificate (if applicable):
        • Candidates claiming reservations under PwD (Persons with Disabilities) quota must provide a certificate issued by the competent authority.
     6. Employment Exchange Registration Card.
     7. Experience Certificate (if applicable).
     8. Domicile Certificate.
     9. Other Certificates:
        • Any other certificates or documents required as per the OSSC notification, such as sports quota or ex-servicemen certificates.

3. Photographs:

   • Candidates must carry two recent passport-size color photographs identical to the one uploaded during the application process.

4. Failure to Produce Documents:

   • Candidates failing to produce any required documents in original or those found providing false/incorrect information may face disqualification from the recruitment process.

5. Verification Process:

   • The original documents will be verified by the OSSC officials. Any discrepancy or mismatch found during verification may lead to rejection of the candidature.

6. Final Selection:

   • Final selection is contingent upon the successful verification of all documents. Candidates should ensure that all information provided during the application process is accurate and supported by valid documentation.
