Document Verification for Assistant Training Officer (ATO) - OSSC
The document verification process is a critical step in the selection of candidates for the post of Assistant Training Officer (ATO) under the Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC). - Candidates must bring the following original documents along with self-attested photocopies:
- Admit Card/Call Letter for Document Verification
- Proof of Educational Qualifications:
- Certificate and mark sheets of all qualifying exams (ITI/Diploma/Degree) as per the educational qualification required for the post.
- Proof of Age:
- Birth certificate or 10th standard certificate.
- Caste Certificate (if applicable):
- SC/ST/OBC candidates must provide a valid caste certificate issued by a competent authority.
- Disability Certificate (if applicable):
- Candidates claiming reservations under PwD (Persons with Disabilities) quota must provide a certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Employment Exchange Registration Card.
- Experience Certificate (if applicable).
- Domicile Certificate.
- Other Certificates:
- Any other certificates or documents required as per the OSSC notification, such as sports quota or ex-servicemen certificates.
